Gender Working-Group Formation Meeting

The APD’s gender research team conducted their first working group meeting on April 29th at APD’s conference hall.

The objective of the meeting was to establish a cooperative working relationship between APD gender researchers and the Working Group.

The meeting set criteria of cooperation between parties as well as providing an overview of the programs and entry-points of APD.

The Working Group will consist of Somaliland women who have different backgrounds, professions and experience. In future events, the Working Group will discuss and analyze issues regarding women’s participation in Somaliland’s decentralization processes.
